Choral & Vocal Study

Voice Lessons

Private studio instruction in vocal technique, focusing on standard classical solo vocal literature is offered. 

Lessons:  Scheduled individually with the instructor
Entrance: Placement audition only

Choral and Vocal SingingIntroduction to Choral and Vocal Singing (Voice Class)

Fundamental vocal skills, aural training and music reading as they apply to vocal and choral singing.  Includes singing in a choir as an applied component.

Class Time:  M W 2:50-3:40 (fall term only)
Entrance:  No audition or musical experience necessary
Instructor:   Eva Bostrand
Registration:  MUS 128 (3 credits)
Community Chorus is a lab choir option
Cost:  No additional cost beyond college registration and textbooks

Choral Ensembles

The Concordia Concert Choir and Community Chorus offer opportunities to sing in choral ensembles.
