Reminders for PARENTS and DORM STUDENTS:
What to bring
- Bedding
- Pillow
- Towel
- Swimwear
- Outdoor clothes
- Sunscreen and hat
- Any medication you require including pain relief (must be given to the residence coordinator at check in)
- Alarm clock
- Personal grooming items and clothes
- Something you can wear with a t-shirt for the final concert
- Comfortable shoes for walking and running around
- A digital camera and the cord to plug it into a computer (please label both) for art class
What NOT to bring:
- Money. There is nowhere to spend it throughout the week and every year, someone's money goes missing.
- Computers
- Electronic games
- anything else that is expensive or easy to steal.
- iPods and other MP3 players are permitted at your own risk, HOWEVER, you may not listen to them during instructional or group activity time out of respect to staff, clinicians, and the other campers.
Daily Notes
Breakfast begins at 8:15 a.m. Rehearsal begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Please wear your name tag and leave your music folder in on your chair where you rehearse each day.
Noon hour recital in the Robert Tegler Student Centre (12:15-12:35 pm) is open to the public. Just drop in.
Supper is at 5:30 p.m. Parents are welcome to join their kids for lunch or dinner for a small fee. Please contact Jody at 587.785.4288 to make arrangements.
Wednesday
Have your swimwear, towel, sunscreen ready for this afternoon.
Saturday
Tickets for the closing concert may be purchased at registration, throughout the week, and at the door. The price is $5 and concert begins at 3:00 p.m., followed by refreshments and fellowship.
